Retail Associates (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a great personality and a love for people to join our retail and operations team. You will be an ambassador of the brand, and be part of reaching and impacting everyday people everywhere, changing perspectives and adding light to lives through design and inspiration.

We have both full-time and part-time roles available (see below).

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Be part of creating an amazing customer experience for every guest entering the store, including ensuring a great environment, a tidy and alluring space, speaking to guests and offering advice on fit, gifting and selections
  • Keeping up to date and being well-versed with our products, new launches and promotions
  • Assisting in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on best gifts/personal requirements
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
  • Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor
  • Assisting in visual merchandising, as and when new stock arrives, to provide an optimal experience of the brand
  • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
  • Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and packing of customer purchases
  • Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

Full time role: 44 hours a week. 5 days rostered shift work week, and must be open to both opening and closing shifts and must be open to work at least on weekends and public holidays. Salary counted on a monthly basis.

Part-time role: Min. 15 hours per week. Must be available to work at least 1 weekend and public holidays, and open to working both opening and closing shifts. Minimum 6 months commitment. Salary calculated on an hourly basis.

Operations (Intern / Part-Time / Contract)

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team in growing our business in Singapore and overseas and reaching people across the world! You will be an integral part of the process behind the preparation of products that will be enjoyed by many, and be involved in the business of touching lives and connecting people through design and inspiration.

We have openings for a full-time internship (minimum 6-12 months), a part-time role (students welcome), or a contract role (with potential to convert to a full-time role).

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Assisting in the logistical and operational functions of the business such as quality control, inspections, packing and preparing of products
  • Assisting in the planning, coordinating and preparing of the supplying and re-stocking of products to the stores
  • Assisting in day to day logistics and warehousing operations of the business
  • Assisting in stock-takes, set-ups and top-ups at the stores
  • Retail assistance in store, as and when necessary
  • Assisting with any and all other operational or retail related requirements of the business
  • Good command of English
  • Available to commit for at least 6 months, preferably longer term

Creative Intern

We are looking for a Creative Intern to join our work family and grow our brand together with us (minimum 6-12 months).

You will be required to assist in creative work such as shooting and editing photos for web and social media, as well as designing layouts, products and creating content, depending on the needs of the business. You will get to learn about and be part of the creative process behind the design, marketing and social media of products that will be enjoyed by many, and be part of the process of touching lives and connecting people through design. You will also be part of a close-knit team that is genuinely interested in each other and in your growth and well-being.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Must be 20 and above
  • Must be Singaporean or PR
  • Possess proficiency in using a camera and relevant editing software
  • Proficient in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Able to illustrate or create videos, or any other creative skill is a bonus
  • Able to work independently and in a start-up environment

Marketing and PR Manager

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Manager with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing or related role to join our work family and grow our brand together with us.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –

  • Lead the marketing and communication efforts of the brand to the world with the aim to grow brand awareness, drive traffic and revenue, improve conversion rates, strengthen brand loyalty, improve customer retention and increase sales
  • Managing, implementing, tracking and optimising all our digital platforms (including website), communication channels and media relationship to deliver a consistent experience to our customers to strengthen brand loyalty and increase sales.
  • Plan the content calendar and create and develop digital strategies, creative campaigns, communications, materials and execution across multiple platforms that drive traffic and web conversion
  • Work together with brand team and management to devise sales and partnership strategies e.g. new markets, new concepts and merchandise ideas, pop-ups, collaborations, that increase brand awareness and revenue
  • Analyse and assess the performance of all marketing efforts and engagement, and report regularly to management on results, progress and initiatives
  • Manage, execute and track the brand's relationship with the media and influencers to develop strong partnerships
  • Work with management to grow the brand footprint and awareness and revenue in key strategic markets

Qualifications Needed -

  • Previous work experience of 4-5 years in a relevant job scope (in particular, fluency in looking at data from key platforms like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, and devising and refining marketing strategies accordingly)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • Must be Singapore or PR
