Deliveries may take longer depending on the courier service provider and during peak periods such as sales and product launches. Delays should be expected though we endeavour to get all orders delivered as soon as possible. We reserve the right to treat multiple orders made by the same customer as a single order and to merge such multiple orders into a single shipment.

Deliveries to the US will be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). If you have placed an order, our team will contact you with the amount you need to top up for us to proceed with your order. We will require your payment before shipping out your order. Please expect delays.

Shipping rates include all applicable customs and import taxes/duties. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
