Returns or Exchanges During Temporary Store Closure

As the TPB Everyday Store will be closed from 27 Apr - 2 May 2024 to prepare for a fresh new concept, we kindly request that you make any returns or exchanges at the TPB Everyday Store by 26 Apr. Do note that you will not be able to make any in-person return or exchange during the period from 27 Apr - 2 May 2024. The return and exchange period will be extended by 7 days for those affected by the store closure.

Returns for Online Purchases

Items purchased at our online store may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit in the form of a TPB Gift Card. Returns may be made at our store directly or via the processed specified below. To start a return for an online purchase by mail / courier, you can contact us at contact@thepaperbunny.com and provide us with your order number or proof of purchase. Our team will contact you within 5 business days with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without sending a request first may not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of sending item(s) back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or which cannot be located prior to being received by us, hence you are encouraged to use a trackable form of delivery to send your returns to us. Upon our receipt and verification of the item(s) intended for return, and provided that the specified returns criteria are met, we will issue you a refund for the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, as store credits in the form of a TPB Gift Card which will be valid for 3 months from the date of the return.

Exchanges for Online Purchases

Items purchased at our online store may only be exchanged at our store within 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email). All exchanges are final. Any item in an order that is exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Returns and Exchanges for Purchases at the TPB Everyday Store and the TPB Element Pop-Up

Items purchased at our stores may be returned or exchanged at our store within 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase (such as the order receipt). Please note that items from selected third-party brands (Slowhouse, Moom, Gentle Habits, Standard Procedure, Super Matcha, Bala, Get It Right, SAWAA, Tenoverten) and any other items specified as non-returnable are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded by way of store credit in the form of a TPB Gift Card which will be valid for 3 months from the date of the return. All exchanges are final. Any item in an order that is exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Condition of Item(s)

To be eligible for any return/ exchange, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges and/or refunds for the following items: items purchased on or during any sale, gift cards, accessories, face masks, Slowhouse branded products, Moom branded products, Gentle Habits branded products, Standard Procedure branded products, Super Matcha branded products, Bala branded products, Get It Right branded products, SAWAA branded products, Tenoverten branded products and any other items specified as non-returnable. The sale of any such items is final. Any purchase made with store credits issued pursuant to a refund is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at. contact@thepaperbunny.com if you believe that any item you receive is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do notify us of any such defect, damage or incorrect item(s) within 7 days of your date of purchase for an exchange. We reserve the right to issue store credit in the form of a TPB Gift Card or a cash refund to you if any item(s) is unavailable or out of stock. We may ask you to provide us with such reasonable assistance as we may require, including providing photographs of the item(s). In the event that we ask you to return any item(s) to us, we will make the arrangements for such return (the costs of which will be borne by us). You should note that any item(s) that are defective, damaged or incorrect should be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Cash Refunds

We do not provide refunds for orders in the form of cash or via your original payment method.
