How does it work?
1. Add your preferred denomination to cart and checkout. 
2. The E-Gift Card will be sent to your email with a unique code.
3. Forward the email to your recipient and add your own personal message, a sticker or two for a personal touch before delivering your surprise!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • E-gift cards may only be scheduled for delivery up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • For scheduled e-gift cards, the validity period remains 12 months from the purchase date, not the date the e-gift card is sent to the recipient.
  • E-gift cards cannot be topped up. If additional value is required, a new e-gift card may be purchased.
  • E-gift cards may be redeemed partially, with any remaining balance retained on the same gift card until expiry.
  • To check your gift card balance, click “View Gift Card” in the email sent to you. The balance and unique gift card code will be displayed. Alternatively, you may enter the gift card code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field at checkout to view the remaining balance.
  • All e-gift cards are issued in SGD. If redeemed in a different currency (e.g., on thepaperbunny.com.my or thepaperbunny.co.id), the value will be converted from SGD to that different currency at checkout using the exchange rate applied by Shopify at the time of redemption.
  • This e-gift card is not valid on thepaperbunny.com.ph.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost, deleted, or misplaced e-gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • The Paper Bunny reserves the right to cancel or suspend gift cards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity.
